چکیده
Abstract: Aim: Wound is a fragile and complex injury which can be as simple minor cut to the deep lesions traumatic gash. Depending on patient’s internal external conditions, wounds progress backward or forward. Acute hemorrhage wound infections are main cause of loss life in critical conditions war field accidents. Innovation: BioFibGel bandage/dressing green nanotechnology based care product intended used trauma, combat injuries (bleeding gunshot wounds) mangling first-line emergency tool. The dressing absorb retain significant amount water without dissolving losing their structure, stabilize blood flow avert bleeding. Materials Results: silver nanoparticles hydrogel sheets/ fibers made up gelatin, glycerin aloe vera considered ideal materials for hemostasis activities encourages cleaning protection from reinjures infection speeds healing along with real-time monitoring pH using carbon dots fluorescence. Conclusion: This work an attempt devise that aid natural blood-clotting mechanism (sparing loss) providing positive environment healing. Key words: Wound, Haemorrhage, Green nanotechnology, Silver nanoparticles, dressing, Carbon dots.

Honey: A Biologic Wound Dressing.
Honey has been used as a wound dressing for thousands of years, but only in more recent times has a scientific explanation become available for its effectiveness. It is now realized that honey is a biologic wound dressing with multiple bioactivities that work in concert to expedite the healing process. The physical properties of honey also expedite the healing process: its acidity increases the...
متن کاملHuman amniotic membrane: a versatile wound dressing.
Human amniotic membrane proved to be a versatile and useful temporary biologic dressing in studies involving 120 patients. Wounds, both traumatic and nontraumatic in origin, responded to a protocol that allowed coverage of tissues as diverse as exposed bowel, pleura, pericardium, blood vessels, tendon, nerve and bone. Wounds unresponsive to usual therapeutic measures responded to membrane appli...
متن کاملWound healing and the dressing.
The evolution of surgical dressings is traced from 1600 B.C. to A.D. 1944. The availability of an increasing variety of man-made fibres and films from 1944 onwards has stimulated work on wound dressings, and some of the more important contributions, both clinical and experimental, are discussed. The functions of a wound dressing and the properties which the ideal wound dressing should possess a...

A holistic approach brings about a relationship between the patient, the wound, and the treatment (Flanagan, 1997). Accurate wound assessment depends on an understanding of several factors (Table 1). Other important aspects include measurement and documentation of wound healing rates and specialised areas such as leg ulcer assessment and the risk Clare Morris is Tissue Viability Advisor, North ...
